Some time ago I was invited to take part in 4th edition of experimental project named Komiksofon (Comicsophone). My task was to combine my pictures with music (chosen by myself) and prepare a short (10-15 min) movie clip. Above you can see the result :)

Together with me his movie was presenting also well known illustrator Artur Torturr Sadlos whose fascinating clip you can see here. More about the project Komiksofon on its facebook page.

A fimo figure of my friend Agata (in steampunk party costume) I made for her as a birthday gift. It was my first fimo sculpting ever and I must say it is not so easy as I thought! The figure is about 14cm height, painted with acrylics. The package is also handmade (I used plexiglass and cardboard).

The Casebook of Victor Frankenstein

A cover illustration for "The Casebook of Victor Frankenstein" (written by Peter Ackroyd) made for polish book publisher Wydawnictwo Zysk i Sk-a. The story of the book is based on a well-known Mary Shelley's novel and is a brilliant reimaging of the classic.

A foosball player gift comission made recently. My task was to portrait a person in a cartoon style as if it was one of the players on a foosball table making a powerful snake shot.

Niedawno poczynione piłkarzykowe zlecenie urodzinowe. Zadaniem było sportretowanie solenizanta w stylu cartoonowym jako jednego z piłkarzyków na stole garlando strzelającego super snake'a. Przyjemna robota w stylu, który lubię - efekt widać powyżej. A Bizonowi sto lat, wielu bramek i coraz więcej wygranych turniejów! :)

I'm glad to inform that today I graduated with the Master of Architecture degree from the Department of Architecture, Wroclaw University of Architecture. Below I present my diploma project and a summary of the thesis.

W dniu dzisiejszym uzyskałam tytuł magistra inżyniera architekta na Wydziale Architektury Politechniki Wrocławskiej :) Tematem mojej pracy dyplomowej była adaptacja dwóch nieczynnych kotłowni osiedlowych w Łowiczu na nowoczesne ośrodki kultury aktywizujące społeczność lokalną. Zachęcam do bliższego zapoznania się ze streszczeniem pracy oraz planszami projektowymi (poniżej).

Monkey Reporter

My first handmade stuffed animal (before Lommy and Rascal) was Monkey-Reporter. I made it for my friend Agata who is a photographer and yes - she uses Canon! :D (you can see her photos at her photoblog). Together with Artur we made also a quick movie with the Monkey travelling around the world and making pictures for the Iggy Pop's song "I am a Passenger".

Pierwszą maskotą, jaką zrobiłam (jeszcze przed Śmiechołakiem i Łapserdakiem), była Monkey-Reporter, poczyniona jako urodzinowy prezent dla Agaty - pasjonatki fotografii reportażowej i.. bananów ;D.
